Dial Expert is hiring Sales Specialists to handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls. This is a full-cycle closing role where you control the conversation from first contact through contract signing and compliance. This role requires real sales skills, empathy, and objection handling.
Compensation
FT Salary: 18,000 EGP
PT Salary: 7,000 EGP
Commission: $20/deal
Daily Bonuses & SPIFs
Schedule
Full-Time: 9 Hours/Day
Part-Time: 6 Hours/Day
Mon-Fri (Cairo Time)

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to build rapport and identify financial pain points.
Conduct structured qualification and needs analysis.
Manage the entire sales cycle: Pitching, Objection Handling, and Contract Explanation.
Secure E-signatures and complete compliance warm-downs.
Ensure 100% accuracy in customer data and system entries.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, closing, or call center environments.
Fluent or near-native English.
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Confidence handling sensitive financial conversations.
Ability to follow structured processes and compliance rules.
Attendance is one day per week, and the rest is from home.
The day is your choice and fixed.
